A dream is your creative vision for your life in the future. A goal is what specifically you intend to make happen. Dreams and goals should be just out of your present reach but not out of sight. Dreams and goals are coming attractions in your life.

My Coaching Philosophy

It is not my goal to encourage everyone into self-employment or down the road of entrepreneurship.  That work style is not for all of us by any means.

Rather, I want to help people find a way to work that allows them to have all the pieces of their lives fit together in a way that makes their mind expand and their hearts sing.   The best reward is to be able to get up every morning and look forward to the day ahead.

It’s easy to say we should all just “be happy”, and there are many articles out there now about “finding happiness” but the truth is that being happy is the result of a process, not something that just happens to the lucky few.

The outcome of this process puts you in the place where you want to be, with the people you want to be with, in the kind of work environment that uses your best talents and abilities and allows you to enjoy and find fulfillment in what you are doing.

This may mean the career position of your dreams, or it might mean a “good enough job” that provides the income you need but leaves you with the time, energy and brain cells to pursue the things that you truly love to do outside of work.   Or it might mean turning a long-time dream into an actual entrepreneurial business or practice.

The problem with most of us is that someone years ago told you that you would be a good ________ or that you should be a _________ for practical reasons and you followed that road without investigating any other options.

Now it is years later, (maybe only a couple or maybe 30) and you are looking around saying is this all there is?   Or maybe, “I really hate this job.”  Or even worse, your health, both physical and mental, is threatened by the effects of stress and trying to be something that you really don’t want to be.

If this any of this describes your life at this point and you are ready to commit to making changes, I would very much like to help you in that process.   I have lived in many places, done many things, experienced most of life’s usual ups and downs, and have a genuine interest in seeing other people grow and find more fulfillment in their lives.

Call today for a free 30 minute conversation that just might start you on the road to a brighter future and a better you.
